There are several key elements that make this program work! Each session we make a commitment with an emphasis on a:
  • competency or skill;
  • tool, process, handout;
  • action/deliverable, for the group, to self, and a structure between sessions, to update the group for the upcoming session
PLUS, you get:
  1. Concepts, tools, and processes that support the identification of a strategically designed business-base. This applies directly to Agreements, Coaching Presence and Direct Communication, as well as Managing Progress and Accountability in your business and client work. This will include experiential learning, working examples, handouts, materials templates.
  2. Accountability. Field-work all along the way with an interim, optional, voluntary support-group process for the whole class to help support your accountability and to support your follow-through as we proceed through the 6-month period.

Lydia will also be engaging you in your peer group to apply concepts, tools and share best practices. We will use many tools including assessments such as Disc, VIA-Strengths, and StrengthsFinder2, and introduce others as options. From a technical perspective we will have a bridge available for your use for interim and voluntary support. Classes can be recorded for review. Accountability partners will support you during the program.

You will learn the ‘insider’ business development secrets on how to design a profitable business that establishes YOU as a successful business owner and successful entrepreneur.
