A 4-Step
Methodology
|
I use a four step
process where you often see immediate impact in as little as 3 sessions.
Step 1
First we identify the
objectives for our work together. Through discussion, feedback and insight we
create two to three specific goals that are measurable, realistic and have
defined time frames. In this step we use Myers Briggs, Peak Moments
Exercise, Values and Vision Exercises and the Wheel of Life to help you
gain a clear understanding of yourself and others. Step 2
Together we create a plan with
specific action steps that move you towards your goals. We use your Myers
Briggs feedback to identify your strengths, manage 'blind spots' and build
strategies for your personal development. You will receive a personalized
six step daily practice strategy that you can implement right away. You will
also learn to apply the five key communications tools to build your Business
Relationship Success. You will master the skills of listening, asking
powerful questions, using silence, creating feedback and
acknowledging. Step 3
Next is a review of your
progress and evaluation of results. We use the STOP tool as a way of
collecting feedback. Every four to five sessions we Step back, Think,
Organize and Proceed. We review your goals, your impact and influence as
leader. We look at what actions are working and what needs to change for you to
achieve your goals. We assess whether movement is in line with your goals. We
identify what more is needed and adjust your Action Steps as
required. Step 4
The last step is to build a
long term strategy and a daily 'ritual of success' that will ensure new
skills and strategies are permanent and sustainable over
time.
