Her coaching style gets to the crux of the issue quickly and provides focus and clarity as clients create plans that they own to achieve lasting results. Judy is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Sharon's passion is leadership and management development. They experience coaching as a uniquely effective way to learn, tailored to and owned by the client and efficiently meeting the needs of busy people for just-in-time professional development. They appreciate Sharon's practical understanding of work and life realities as they explore, learn, grow and have fun without losing sight of the bottom line. Sharon is also a Certified Human Resources Professional with a business degree and a Certificate in Strategic Management
