What can you
expect?
There are 3 key elements or main themes. Each session we
make a commitment for an emphasis on a:
- competency or skill;
- a tool, process, handout;
- action/deliverable, for the group, to
self, and a structure between sessions, to update the group for the upcoming
session
- Credits to be easily applicable
from the perspective of ICF This means we will emphasize how
competencies/skills can directly apply to your effectiveness in your
client-work and to how you structure your business and the design of it for
both stability and eventual thriving. You will have clarity of your in-house
messages and in your public communications to prospective and current
clients.
- Concepts, tools, and processes
that support the identification of a strategically designed business-base
this applies directly to Agreements, Coaching Presence and Direct
Communication, as well as Managing Progress and Accountability in your business
and client work. This will include experiential learning, working examples,
handouts, materials templates.
- Accountability field-work all
along the way with an interim, optional, voluntary support-group process for
whole class to help support your accountability and to support your
follow-through as we proceed through the 6-month period.
How you qualify for the program?
Expectations of You As Registrant:
- Some concentrated (if not completed)
coach-specific training
- YOU are past the can this be
done and tire-kicking stage
- You are refining and buffing an
already existing business if part-time
- OR...you are already an exemplary
student currently still in training (but beyond your foundational program)
- You are seeking a true support group
and some edge-pushing ideas
- You are seeking a goal-setting
emphasis on accomplishment that is overt and measurable
- You can be participatory in basic
nature
- You can be excited about what can be
created in cross-industry introductions

supporting referrals to others with non-competing specialties within our group

You will work on your business and
have the support of 2 experienced and diverse ICF (MCC) Coaches (Master
Certified Coaches) throughout the six-month period, including between our
twice-monthly sessions.
Lydia and Sherry will also be engaging you in
your peer group to apply concepts, tools and share best practices. We will use
many tools including assessments such as Disc, VIA-Strengths, and
StrengthsFinder2, and introduce others as options. From a technical perspective
we will have a bridge available for your use for interim and voluntary support.
Classes can be recorded for review. Accountability partners will support you
during the program.
You will learn the insider business
development secrets on how to design a profitable business that establishes YOU
as a successful business owner and successful coach.
