Lydia roy

Lydia is a Master Certified Coach and facilitator with over 20 years of integrated leadership, business performance coaching, mentoring, career development, and assessment experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She is also an entrepreneur who specializes in business development and supports small business owners to grow their businesses successfully. Lydia is the Dean of Professional Coaching at Adler Graduate Professional School. Lydia has written a book called The Magic of Change: 7 Strategies to Get Unstuck. 

 

Lydia is an international speaker and facilitator, and delivers emotional intelligence and coach certification programs for organizations in Canada, United States, England, Denmark, Ukraine, Turkey, Jordan, China, and India. Lydia appreciates experiencing different cultures and working with diverse clients.
